Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave us a key or a key safe code, and we lock up when we leave.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer particular products, or eco products, just tell us and we’ll use them.
Can I change or skip a visit?
Of course. We just ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
