What we collect and why

• Quote requests: your name, contact details, postcode and details of the cleaning you need, so we can reply and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, postcode, availability, experience and the answers you give about right to work, insurance and DBS checks, so we can consider you for work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in recruiting reliable cleaners.
• Clients and cleaners: if you become a client or work with us, we keep the details needed to deliver and invoice the work and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and Brevo, which delivers form emails and stores our contact lists. Both act on our instructions and protect your data under UK GDPR.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months if you don’t become a client, and unsuccessful job applications for up to 12 months in case new work comes up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client and invoice records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually six years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just email us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, so there’s no cookie banner. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and protect our forms from spam. If we add analytics in future, we’ll update this notice and ask for your consent first.
