Do I need to be at home while you clean?
No. Plenty of clients leave us a key or a key safe code and get on with their day. We lock up when we leave.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring professional products and equipment. Eco-friendly products are available, and we’re happy to use your own if you prefer.
How much does a clean cost?
It depends on the size of the property, the type of clean and how often you’d like us. Tell us a little about the job and we’ll send a free, no-obligation quote.
Are you insured?
Yes, Unique Klean is fully insured, and every cleaner is reference-checked and trained before they work in your home or business.
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, let us know and we’ll make it right, no questions asked.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We just ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move a clean.
Can you clean outside normal working hours?
Yes. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are available on request, which suits most offices and businesses.
